Hack N’ Slash
Our resident blacksmith Thomas Bansen has his own personal arsenal of weapons, and he will be showing you how to safely and properly use those weapons against milk jugs, juice cartons, and fresh produce! Who doesn't like smashing things? I also hear Thomas might have some goodies for sale this year as well~
Archery
Immediately following the start of Hack N’ Slash is our Archery Tournament! Anyone can sign up, and with enough skill and luck on your side, you might even win! The bow and arrows are provided, and if you need help with how to use the bow, someone will be able to help you as well~
Combat Tournament
Sixteen warriors enter the ring, but only one will be named champion.
Watch as your friends and family fight each other in the ring with our many different weapons (all weapons are fake here, we don't want any arms or legs falling off). Each fight is made up of three rounds. The best 2 out of 3 wins the fight, and proceeds further in the bracket until we have our winner.
The spots for this event are limited, so entry is on a first come first serve basis. Fear not if you don’t make it into the bracket, or if you’re just looking for something a little more lighthearted, we’ll be doing exhibition acts this year! To give our combatants a rest between rounds, we will be placing these acts throughout the tournament!
Costume Contest
Join the fun and play dress up with us! Our panel of esteemed judges are excited to once again see all the creative work that goes into your costumes. And don’t forget our fan favorite voting, so make sure to win over the crowd!
Eat!
It's not quite a Ren Faire without a turkey leg and fried food! The amazing Tim Lawson, Amy Barlow, and Nathan Kramer will be making our food for the fifth year in a row!
There will be food and drink available throughout the entire day, but the main course won't be served until about 5:00pm. Before that, there will be fruit, veggies, punch, alcohol, and other things to snack on.
For dinner, Tim Lawson will be preparing our meats. We will have the option of smoked turkey legs or pulled pork sandwiches. Nathan and Amy will again fill our heart, souls, and arteries with corn fritters!
Please make sure that when you RSVP, you let us know what kind of meat you might be having so we can get a more accurate idea of how much food to prepare~

New to our faire this year is Jordan and Abigail! A few of you might recognize their friendly faces from other events like Netwar, but they're long time friends, and big time excited to join us! They make different chainmail and wire weaving jewelry, and also canned goods like salsas and jams!

This creative and talented duo have new things to share with you all this year! From blades to potions, be prepared to walk away with something beautiful!

Back by popular demand, Trevor is willing to share some of his liquid gold with us again this year! His stock might be a bit limited this year, so when the time for tasting is ready, make sure you don’t miss out!

Ready for some donuts?? This year, we will be jolined by the food vendor DonutNV! Not only do they have a fun selection of donuts, but they also have lemonade and coffee! We’re so excited to indulge in the fried foods!
